If interested, please speak with Mrs Nelson or Mr McKee.

Running across two action-packed weeks in July and August, Code Clock offers students a unique opportunity to:

  • Dive into the world of programming: We'll introduce them to the fundamental concepts of object-oriented programming using popular languages like Python and C#.
  • Unlock the power of programmable technologies: Students will gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools like the Raspberry Pi 5, opening doors to endless creative possibilities.
  • Become game developers: Using the powerful Unity game engine and C#, they'll learn the fundamentals of game development, bringing their imaginations to life in a thrilling and interactive way.
  • Master Database-Driven Applications: In a dedicated workshop, students will delve into the world of database-driven application development. They'll learn how to design, build, and manage applications that interact with databases, a critical skill for the modern tech world.

Code Clock isn't just about coding! Our program fosters:

  • Confidence: Students will gain the skills and knowledge to tackle challenges and solve problems creatively.
  • Collaboration: Through teamwork and peer interaction, they'll learn the importance of communication and collaboration in the tech world.
  • Lifelong Learning: We inspire a love for learning that extends far beyond the classroom, preparing them for future success in a technology-driven world.

The Juniors' program (July 1st-5th) is specifically for students aged 7-11, providing a fun and engaging introduction to coding.

The Seniors' program (July 29th-August 2nd) caters to students aged 12 and above, offering them a wide range of workshops covering a number of more complex programming technologies to help expand their knowledge of coding.
