During fifth year at Nendrum College I was given the opportunity to have a week’s work experience at the Ulster hospital. I had always wanted to be a nurse growing up and this gave me the insight I needed to choose what path I would be taking after I left school. After leaving school I went on to SERC to do my HND in health and social care then onto Queen’s University where I graduated as a Nurse. Nendrum College set me up for where I am today. I am now a deputy sister in the Ulster hospital and I get to do what I love everyday.

Published 26/03/25The 2025 rally season commenced at Bishopscourt. Local rally driver Nicky Caughey @ttbistro was assisted by co-driver Graeme Stewart in the Mitsubishi Evo 9, Year 12 pupil Robbie M assisted Gareth Whiting as rally service crew.
