On Thursday 27th until Sunday 30th April, 47 very excited pupils and four staff departed Nendrum College at 6.00 a.m on the annual school trip. Over the next few days many laughs were had, fears faced and on some occasions conquered at Alton Towers and plenty of money spent at the Trafford Centre. Although the Stoke vs West Ham match didn't provide any goals it was an experience for so many pupils to witness a live match at such close quarters. A visit to the Imperial War Museum on the final day was invaluable as it connected with the learning that was done in the classroom.
It was a credit to the entire group that throughout the trip numerous compliments were bestowed regarding manners and behaviour.
