Rights Respecting School Award

Nendrum College have achieved Recognition of Commitment status for the Rights Respecting School Award!

This means that we are dedicated to having the United Nation Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) at the heart of all our school activities.

Litter Poster Competition 2017

This Easter, staff and pupils recognised article 24 of the UNCRC which states:

You have the right to the best health care possible, safe water to drink, nutritious food, a clean and safe environment, and information to help you stay alive.

Year 8-10 pupils entered an anti-litter poster competition run in school. The prize was an Easter egg for the pupil and their poster to be displayed around the school to promote using the bins. This will help keep our college a safe and clean environment for everyone.

The winner was Chyanne Clarke (10G). Below is the poster that Chyanne designed.
